FP- 1 week..8lbs..happy camper. [Monday March 8th, 2010 9:37am] _dietpills_ [egyptianqn] I bought mine from Bella Jour and I have to say they are legit. I actually had originally bought from Permabiz, and I think those are fakes, because 3 days into it, I had GAINED 2 lbs!! WTF? lol. So after reading on here, I ordered from Bella Jour and Japan 2 Day. There are some differences in packaging picture/writing, etc. I have been consistently using Bella Jour's though....and in 1 week, I'm down 8lbs, and couldn't be more excited about it.  Last year, I was on Redotex (a mexican diet pill) and they were amazing!! But so dang expensive (about $100 online).... so the price tag on the FP is SOOO much better!!  The 1st couple days I did have the headache, but I get headaches regularly, so that didn't bother me at all. The past few days I've been feeling euphoric I guess you can say. Almost like I'm high, which I can't complain about. I do have to say though, that the pills definitely effect my mood. If something bugs me, or irritates me..it's escalated 10x in my opinion. lol. Or maybe I just need anger management?? I've been forcing myself to eat though. On Friday, I literally went all day without eating anything, just a iced white mocha from Starbucks in the morning and water all day. I know that's not good, but whatever. I plan on going back to working out @ the gym this week, took a break to see what the effects of the pills were first.  I am pleased with the results, and look forward to at least another 12lbs......but 25 would be fantastic! lol. I want to start again but when I took two pills (I think they're 5mg each) I was more jittery than I every remember. concerned... [Tuesday March 2nd, 2010 3:56am] _dietpills_ [mysteria17] Hey everyone :) So, I got my FP in the mail today, and I'm really excited to start them tomorrow!! However, I have heard that these pills allegedly contain unregulated amounts of  sibutramine , aka Meridia, in doses of about 2x the FDA recommended amount. Is anyone else concerned about this?? It does worry me a little... However, I've taken stimulants such as Adderall in the past, and while I did experience typical side effects, nothing seemed dangerous or excessive. FP week-in review :D [Saturday February 27th, 2010 11:11pm] _dietpills_ [antisaints] Okay, after a week of Fruta Planta from Bell Jour Diet on Amazon, I have lost a total of 9.3lbs. :D Here's the basic scoop on these pills. The good: Uh, did I mention 9.3lbs in 7 days? And that's seven days with virtually no exercise. FP really curbs your appetite; even if your stomach is hurting because you need food, nothing looks good, and you can only eat a little before you have to stop. Also, no insane speed side effects :D No jitters, paranoia, nervousness, oversensitivity to light/sound, etc. The bad: Some cotton mouth, though it wasn't as bad as I've heard from other people, slightly more frequent headaches than usual, trouble staying asleep, constipation, infrequent urination. Nothing super serious. The I-did-not-expect: These required a bit of accumulation in my system before they worked. Days 1 and 2 were not that impressive, but on day 3, my appetite basically vanished. By day 4, I began feeling the dry mouth, and by day 5, my sleep started getting screwed up, as is usual with diet pills. Basically, for this version of FP to work, you gotta give it a few days before tossing them for fakes. ***The consoling fact: I, like a few other girls, got sick with cold/flulike symptoms on this pill. However, since I was not entirely convinced that the pill could possibly cause a reaction like that, I kept taking it as I started a treatment (I.E., mucinex during the day, nyquil at night, lots of fluids, and lots of rest), and am proud to say that I am completely over my cold symptoms without ever stopping my FP. The fact is: it's flu season right now, and if you're taking pills that make you not want to eat, that makes your body weaker against attacks. But a cold is knocked out the same way every time. As far as I can tell, my cold symptoms were not an allergic reaction to FP. 2 joins Come Join The FiShbOwL
